This "playlist" — a term used instead of the terminally un-hip "music survey" — shows the transition Live 105 (KITS/105.3) made from so-called modern rock in the Eighties to the more grunge-centric "Rock Of The Nineties," also proclaimed here as "21st Century Rock!™"

Although not dated (showing only as "Volume 92"), an estimate would put it late in 1994, perhaps October or November; "About A Girl," Nirvana's first hit after Kurt Cobain's April 1994 suicide, debuted on the mainstream Billboard Top 40 chart on October 22 of that year, although Pearl Jam's "Better Man" and Weezer's "Buddy Holly" didn't debut on Billboard until mid-December.
